    Plaintiff's personal injury firm

    • NO litigation work.


    We are looking for someone who has strong people skills, is very organized and detail oriented, is a self-starter, is able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


    Junior Level candidates encouraged to apply Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases, including car accidents, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

    Conduct thorough case assessments to identify potential legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.

    Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.

    Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

    Collaborate with legal staff to collect, analyze, and present evidence in support of clients' claims.

    Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.

    Stay informed about current legislation, court decisions, and industry trends that may affect clients' cases.

    Provide exceptional client service, including prompt communication and empathetic counsel.

    Qualifications:
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

    Proven skills in legal writing, negotiation, legal advice, legal discovery, legal compliance, and legal assistance.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Proficiency in legal research databases and software.

    Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.

    Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced legal environment.
