    Child Welfare Therapist Opportunity



    Clarvida is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Welfare Therapist to join our team. As a Child Welfare Therapist, you will work with children and youth in the foster care system, providing critical support and guidance during pivotal moments in their lives.

    Therapists will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one counseling to clients from infancy through age 18. They will also facilitate and supervise visitations between children and their birth families, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and create customized treatment plans.
    • Deliver high-quality counseling services to clients across various settings.
    • Organize and oversee visitations between children and their biological families.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive support for clients.


    Perks:

    • Competitive salary scale: $48,400-$55,000, influenced by licensure status and experience.
    • Sign-On Incentive: $2,500.

    Qualifications:

    • LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LSW licensure or eligibility.
    • Valid driving license and active auto insurance.
