Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Assist the team with Sprint planning sessions and demo read-out briefings to support the program's 3-week Sprint cycles. Assist with identifying work required for Sprint ceilings and help write JIRA tickets for assignees. Planning sessions are an essential component of the Agile process methodology, and read-out briefs highlight the team's work accomplishments.
    • Assist with preparations for the program's quarterly stakeholder meetings. Work with other team members and leadership to initiate and review PowerPoint briefing presentation slides, and assist with pre-brief meetings with management, Stakeholder Chair and Co-Chair POCs. Write meeting minutes, highlights and actions from Stakeholder meetings.
    • Develop and update the program's training artifacts such as the training storyboard PowerPoint briefing slides, frequently asked questions and quick reference guides. These documents support user training, and provide examples of the type of documentation in development for training end users during pilot tests.
    • Identify updates needed for the program's website. Meet with communications and web developer POC s to discuss the design, format, content, and location on the website, for various updates and improvements. Work with the communications team to plan the website's knowledge center, where training artifacts and technical SOPs will be posted.
    • Schedule Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) for adding new posts related to program pilot tests, version releases, and deployment milestones.
    • Assist the team with case management related activities. Coordinate, schedule, and participate in Account Management TEMs with other teams to better understand how an end-user is granted access to the system and how other potential related systems will be integrated for creating a user account.
    • Assist the team with other duties as assigned, such as, flushing out user requirements and identifying artifacts and form fields for developing products such as a new cable template needed to build a user account. Attend meetings, review program specs, and provide input/follow-up with questions and feedback.
