Description:

We are in search of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Expert with a strong product, technical, marketing and analytical background. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, demonstrating expertise in campaign management, customer journey personalization, data analysis, and marketing automation optimization. This role demands a deep understanding of both marketing principles and technical capabilities to deliver effective solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and omni-channel digital marketing best practices.
• Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure and customize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet complex business requirements, enhancing marketing automation processes.
• Develop technical solutions for personalized customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy optimization.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective measures to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are well-integrated with overall business goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, updates, and best practices in marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, configuration, and development.
• Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills with a talent for interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions. Excellent problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience Required:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience of 5+ years

Education Required:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
