As we strive to achieve significant growth milestones, we're seeking a dynamic PGM Refining Engineer help with development and implementation of chemical processes required to extract precious metals from various scraps.

    Position Summary:

    The PGM Refining Engineer will be responsible for the overall extraction process used to extract precious metals from scrap using chemical processes. This position is responsible for the overall flow through the facility including wastewater treatment processes. wth. This role demands a deep understanding of the precious metal extracting and refining industry, including precious metals chemistry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • a PDM Refining Engineer Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for development and implementation of chemical processes used to extract precious metals
    • product quality
    • problems and implementing corrective actions
    • pollution control equipment and hazardous waste management system
    • the stock/inventory of plant operations
    • maintain, and inspect equipment and facilities
    • schedule and perform routine calibrations
    • for maintaining safety and environmental standards and reports
    • and continuously review standard operating procedures
    • ISO and R2 Certificates
    • with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgy
    • least 4 years of experience with precious metals refining
    • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and clients at all levels
    • and knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and R2 Certifications

    Working Conditions:
