We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Superintendent for our Multifamily Projects division in the Construction industry.

This is a permanent role where you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process for multifamily projects, including ground up construction, podium wrap, and post tension deck.

This role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale multifamily construction projects, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

As a Senior Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated timeframes and budgets.
Managing the construction process for ground up multifamily projects, podium wrap, and post tension deck.

Supervising the construction team and subcontractors, ensuring that all work is carried out according to plan and adheres to quality standards.

Coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Ensuring that all safety regulations and policies are adhered to at all times on the construction site.
Conducting regular site inspections and providing progress reports to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Superintendent role should have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, specifically with multifamily projects.
Proven experience in managing ground up multifamily projects, podium wrap, and post tension deck.
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using construction management software.
