    Summary

    This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to customers, utilizing provided scripts to promote our products and services. The role requires addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with customers, clients, co-workers, and management in a professional manner.
    • Ensure the security of your workstation and work area regarding confidential data and systems.
    • Have 5c level access to Edfinancial's information system.
    • Represent the company and its interests in a positive, professional manner within and outside the corporate environment.
    • Stay up-to-date on all loan phases, from pre-loan to pay-off, including analyzing complex customer information and maintaining knowledge of federal and regulatory issues.
    • Obtain and maintain certifications for specialized training and complete annual refresher courses.
    • Be available for cross-training in specialty queues and other areas of the organization as needed.
    • Stay informed about system enhancements and changes to best assist borrowers.
    • Achieve department goals and expectations daily and monthly.
    • Discuss strategies with management to improve job performance.
    • Utilize resources and training materials provided by the department and company.
    • Work overtime based on business and department needs.
