Are you a passionate Payroll Specialist with a background in Human Resources who thrives in a dynamic environment?

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in shaping our client's employee experience. You'll tackle a diverse range of projects, from crafting exceptional onboarding programs to managing weekly payroll.

Responsibilities

• This role is heavy in processing payroll for 3 locations on a weekly basis. Must have strong knowledge in ADP WFN and processing multi state payroll.
• Assist with the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Manage employee relations, including leaves of absence, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct HR-related research and analysis
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
• Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Must have strong ADP WFN experience
• Must have experience with weekly/multi-state payroll
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS) a plus
