- This role is heavy in processing payroll for 3 locations on a weekly basis. Must have strong knowledge in ADP WFN and processing multi state payroll.
- Assist with the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Manage employee relations, including leaves of absence, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct HR-related research and analysis
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Must have strong ADP WFN experience
- Must have experience with weekly/multi-state payroll
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS) a plus
