    Window Washer & Carpet Cleaner, Workouts & Adventure

    Janus Building Services is seeking dependable applicants for Window Washer & Carpet Cleaner for local retail and Commercial Businesses.

    READ PRIOR to APPLING

    • Applicants Must Pass a Background Check
    • Must Pass DOT CERTIFICATION
    • SAFETY ORIENTED
    • Operate Bucket Truck & Areal Lifts
    • Experience in Leading Team of 10+ individuals
    • Valid Driver's License with No Traffic Infractions (or minimal)
    • Includes Carpet Cleaning if/when season slows down
    • Reliable transportation to get to Head Quarters
    • Body Strength: Must be able to Lift 50 lbs
    • Leg Strength: to Climb Ladders
    • Core Strength: to Stand for an extended time
    • Back Strength: to Bend multiple times daily
    • Arm Strength: to Control a Window Washing Pole
    • Bravery: Handle Heights of 80ft in the Air
    • Be Adventurous: to Travel to different Quad City Areas in Both IOWA & ILLINOIS
    • Endurance: to a complete weekday jobs & be available for Over-Time w/ Over-Time PAY
    • Adaptation: to work Window WashingEarly Mornings in different daily Midwest Elements, Job Starts in Early Spring through Late Fall Alternating with Carpet Cleaning Jobs.
    • Health Benefit Stipend Provided
    • Week Paid Vacation
    • Starting your Paid Training Adventure at $15.00-$17.00 per Hour PLUS POTENTIAL OVER-TIME PAY

    Positions are available in the Quad Cities area. Applicants must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Attendance is extremely important. The employer will do a background check. EOE
