**The Role:**
We are looking for an individual to join our Merchandise Sales Team As part of the team, you will create loyal customers through relationships and a We-Care attitude, build rapport with customers driving sales of General Merchandise, greet and welcome all customers with an engaging conversation, and answer and direct all incoming lines to the proper person or department.
Assist customers with concerns and needs while selling them the correct merchandise at the right prices.
Attempt to up-sell all customers by offering additional needed items like clothing, jewelry, riding gear, etc.
Accurately bill merchandise on Repair Orders and Counter Tickets, ensuring all the parts numbers and quantities are correct.
Write accurate Purchase Orders for parts acquired from other vendors.
Accurately place Special Orders for items that are deemed not in stock.
Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the proper person.
Clean and restock the merchandise area.
Maintain and organize inventory/warehouse storage space.
Ensure that all merchandise is near, orderly, and presented in an appealing manner to customers. This includes but is not limited to arranging garments by size, folded properly, and arranged neatly.
Maintain a professional personal appearance and abide by all Company procedures in the Associate Handbook.
Display a pleasant, helpful, and courteous behavior toward all internal and external customers.
Perform any and all duties not herein listed by as requested by your Team Leader.
