    We are seeking a fully remote Revenue Analyst for immediate employment. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Analytics, the Revenue Analyst is responsible for the daily management of pricing, yield management and maximizing parking inventory and revenues at Propark locations in coordination with field managers and 3rd party providers. This individual will generate parking location strategies, reports, and analysis to monitor, control, and improve revenue management systems and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Analyst:

    • In coordination with field managers, manage parking location day-to-day pricing, inventory & distribution operations
    • Maximize revenue potential through analysis and reporting that ensures all segments and third-party distribution channels are optimized based on budget, forecast, trends and market demands
    • Identify and recommend revenue opportunities and develop topline strategies
    • Identify and examine competitor landscape in relation to revenue management

    Revenue Analyst Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel
    • Ability to work with and summarize findings from complex data
    • Solid understanding of pricing/yield management principles
    • Programming skills a plus
