Your Next Career Opportunity – Enterprise Application Support Intern

Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for enterprise applications (SSRS, SQL, ERP, CLM, International Operations).

• Escalate complex issues to development, infrastructure, or vendor teams when needed.

• Assist end‑users with functional questions, access issues, and workflow problems.

• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams (IT, DevOps, QA, business units).

• Participate in resolving user-reported issues by analyzing logs, reproducing problems, and proposing solutions.

• Knowledge of SQL for basic queries and troubleshooting.

• Understanding of networking basics, authentication, and security protocols.

What You'll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience.
