Company Highlights:

Day shifts, Monday to Friday (starting early in the morning)
Possible schedule adjustments may be needed at times

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive and load truck safely and efficiently on designated routes
Ensure timely and safe completion of routes
Conduct daily truck inspections
Load and unload materials under various road conditions
Maintain communication with team and supervisor
Report any issues promptly
Stay alert and aware of surroundings
Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety policies
Act in the best interest of the company
Ensure the safety of colleagues
Perform assigned duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience:

Valid commercial driver's license with a good driver abstract
Minimum Class 3 License
Team player with the ability to operate equipment safely
Adherence to safety policies
Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors
Strong interpersonal skills
Prior waste or recycling experience is a bonus
