- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related technical field
- 8-10+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced CPG Manufacturing setting
- (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Find opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and other standard processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency throughout the manufacturing organization.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Operations Planning team to optimize responsiveness and timeliness to ensure operational capacity matches customer demand.
- Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to monitor key manufacturing KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure thorough quality control standards and procedures.
- Implement measures to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
