    Experience in the apartment industry as a leasing consultant is required. If you possess a high degree of professionalism ,a positive attitude, are willing to learn and have strong customer service skills, we would love to set up an interview Immediate employment opportunities are available.     Job Responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant:

    • Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
    • Inspect models and available "market ready", communicate related service needs to Property Manager.
    • Fair Housing knowledge a must.
    • Ensure the apartment is ready for residents to move-in on an agreed date.
    • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
    • Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.
    • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
