    We are looking for individuals to work for a team and department that is in GROWTH mode This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new department with a lot of opportunity for promotion as a Insurance Sales Representative.

    This role is fully in office in the beautiful downtown area of Jacksonville, FL. This team culture is phenomenal in addition to providing a competitive benefit and commission structure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate new sales, retain existing Members, and grow the overall book of business
    • Sells and cross-sell Personal and Commercial insurance with a focus on rounding out existing accounts
    • Build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Exercises responsive and timely follow-up to Member inquiries with the goal of obtaining, finalizing and/or retaining the business
    • Actively solicit new business outside of the office, at business establishments and other locations to create and expand business networks.
    • Establish consistent pipeline for new business as well and offers solutions and product options

    Skills:

    • Solid knowledge of processes, methods, and workflow procedures in insurance.
    • Sales aptitude with resilience to overcome objectives.
    • Ability to communicate professionally with strong skills and ability to engage with others, asks appropriate questions to meet objectives, and clearly and concisely communicates when sharing with others.

    Education:

    • Currently hold active State Property & Casualty licenses. Specifically, 220 General Lines License or a 2044 Personal lines license.
    • Personal lines experienced required. Commercial experience is a plus.
    • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of insurance related experience required.
    • General knowledge of insurance departments, operations, terminology, and objectives.
    • Employee must acquire necessary continuing education hours to maintain Designations/Certifications and/or Insurance Related License.
