    Description

    Lead IOS/Android Developer

    Salary: $100k to $140k per year

    Location: Irvine, CA - Local Candidates Near or from Irvine, CA Only

    We seek a talented and passionate mobile development team lead to join our company. You will lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will also collaborate with other product teams to ensure the best user experience and performance.

    Responsibilities

    · Lead, mentor, and coach a mobile developers and the QA team using agile methodologies.

    · Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack mobile applications using Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Flutter, or other frameworks.

    · Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and standards.

    · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.

    · Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the mobile domain.

    · Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status and progress.

    Requirements

    · Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

    · 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms

    · Proficient in Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Flutter, or other frameworks

    · Proficiency in .Net & C# is a plus.

    · Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, Google Play Services, Apple Developer Tools, etc.

    · Familiar with mobile UI/UX design principles and guidelines

    · Strong knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, and testing tools

    · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    · Experience working in a rapid Agile environment, contributing equally to team projects or working individually on multiple parallel product versions.

    · Minimum 5 years of professional experience using SQL Server 2012 or newer.

    · Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and related tools

    · Ability to create, tune, and modify SQL objects, including queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.

    · Communicating clearly with team members to gather requirements, ensuring goals are aligned and deliverables meet or exceed business expectations.

    · · Comfortable and efficient presenting at daily stand-ups with other developers and QA personnel

    · · Estimate technical effort required to deliver assigned tasks and deliver as promised.

    · · Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding, and challenging business environment.

    · · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
