- Welcomes patients and visitors to the medical office.
- Providing directions or information to guide patients to the correct location for their visit/procedure.
- Assisting patients with check-in processes.
- Updating patient accounts with personal and financial information.
- Scanning and organizing relevant documents into the EMR system.
- Handling patient payments and inquiries efficiently.
- Optimizing appointment check-ins to enhance patient satisfaction and provider productivity.
- Acting as the liaison for patient intake software troubleshooting.
- Adhering to office policies, contributing to training new staff, and participating in day-end procedures.
- Managing front desk calls regarding insurance and check-in queries.
- Building and maintaining relationships with staff from other offices and departments.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Summary/Objective
This role is based in a medical office setting, involving tasks such as welcoming patients, providing assistance with check-in procedures, maintaining patient accounts, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Essential Functions
Physical Demands
This role involves bending, standing, sitting, and extended computer use.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time role with varying schedules from Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
Travel
Minimal travel required between offices, if necessary.
