We are recruiting group home assistant managers in Aberdeen, Edison, Manalapan, Marlboro, and Toms River, NJ. The Assistant Manager trains and supervises staff and assists in assessments and medical appointments. The qualified candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, a responsible attitude, and reliability. The ability to assist with client care and transportation is required. The qualified candidate will share on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the manager's absence.
Job Requirements:
Edison (GH12) work schedule: Sun. 9 am-5 pm; Mon.-Thurs. 2 pm-10 pm
Edison (GH 18) work schedule: Tues.-Fri. 2 pm-10 pm & Sat. 9 am-5 pm
Manalapan (GH4) work schedule: Sun. 9 am-5 pm; Mon.-Wed. 2 pm-10 pm & Thurs. 1 pm-9 pm
Marlboro (GH 15) work schedule: Tues.-Thurs. 3 pm - 11 pm, Fri 1 pm-9 pm & Sat 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Toms River (GH 11) work schedule: Tues. - Fri. 2 pm - 10pm & Sat 9 am - 5pm
