The Fire Life & Safety Director (FLSD) is responsible for overseeing all fire and life safety operations within a residential property in Manhattan.This role ensures full compliance with FDNY regulations, internal emergency procedures, and building safety protocols.

and capable of leading emergency response efforts while maintaining a professional presence.

Serve as the designated Fire Life & Safety DirectorRespond immediately to fire alarms, emergencies ,and life safety incidents,
Monitor and operate fire life safety systems,
Conduct inspections of post areas,safety equipment,and security systems
