    Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Sleepy Hollow, NY

    MedAdventures is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility in Sleepy Hollow, New York. In this role, you'll help residents regain mobility, independence, and quality of life while working with a supportive rehab team.

    • Active New York PT license
    • SNF or rehab experience preferred
    • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
