    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronics Technician specializing in manufacturing and prototyping, located in Saginaw, MN near Duluth. The Electronics Technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic board assemblies. Ability to work with tiny components (For example, small screws, small surface-mount components) is often required. Additional tasks include performing repairs, maintaining equipment, and participating in the development and prototyping of new products. The technician will collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency and ensure high-quality output. xhmxlyz

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Electronics Technology, including circuit assembly and component handling
    • Trained and experienced with electrical and general manufacturing (for example, PPE) safety practices
    • Skilled in Soldering and the ability to follow schematics or technical instructions
    • Strong Troubleshooting capabilities
    • Understanding of Electricity fundamentals
    • Experience in Maintenance & Repair
    • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
    • Strong communication skills
    • An Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, or a related field is preferred
    • Previous experience in electronics prototyping or manufacturing is a plus
    • Experience with ISO9001 or willing to be trained to follow and create the appropropriate documentation such as work instructions and test plans. Able to work with the ISO auditors or other auditors such as UL.
