- Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or accredited college/university with a certificate in Physical Therapy.
- Required Licensure / Certifications: Current State Physical Therapy Licensure.
- Required Experience: One or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy is preferred. This position is open to new graduates.
- Maintain regulatory requirements.
- Report to work on time and as scheduled; complete work within designated timelines.

- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with patients, guests, and staff courteously, respectfully, and helpful.
