    Job Details:

    Job Description: SoC Reset team is responsible for delivering SoC Reset functional verification , survivability and other services to Discrete Graphics SoC.

    Our development activities include SoC Validation Strategy, Test Plan, bringing up SoC out of Reset, understanding of firmware, hardware design and pre-silicon verification of all Reset features.


    Qualifications:
    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
    Minimum (must haves)


    Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering with 6+ years of experience or a masters degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering6+ years of experience in 5 or more of the followingDesign Verification experience at IP or SoC Level.

    Test Bench bring-up at SoC and strong programming skills in System Verilog, OVM and UVM.Test Plan development experience.
    Enabling regressions, maintaining QoV (quality of validation) with good functional/code/other coverage metrics.
    Familiarity with both simulation and emulation environments.
    Strong CPU/GPU architecture understanding.
    RTL Debugging module level or soc level system simulation failures.

    Preferred (good to have):
    Proficient in microcontroller environment (Tensilica/ARC/ARM Cortex M or similar) is a plus.
    Programming experience in C/C++ or any embedded firmware development/validation.
    Experience in validation of Graphics/DDR/PCIe/Memory/fabrics domains is a plus.
    Experience in validation of CPU/GPU SoC's is preferred.

    Knowledge of two or more power management features and functionality, including:
    Reset Sequence, Reset flavors like warm, cold and power down flows, device/function level Reset, OS power management, device power management

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California:$144,501.00-$217,311.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

    Work Model for this RoleThis role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.

    In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
