    Description

    Job Title

    The Business Management Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies (RCCTO) Direct Energy Prototyping Office (DEPO).

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead budget actions to support project office budgetary execution plans.
    • Ensure smooth operation of Business Program functions.
    • Plan and execute customer and direct funding requirements.
    • Analyze financial resources utilization.
    • Monitor contract status, including ceiling limits, period of performance, and funding requirements.
    • Prepare analysis reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Perform research and analysis tasks to obtain cost, schedule, performance, and contract data.
    • Participate in Contract Integrated Product Teams, Program Management Reviews, and Financial/Metric Meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in related field.
    • 5 years relevant experience, including leadership roles.
    • Experience interfacing with government representatives and coordinating funding actions.
    • Preparing Purchase Requisitions, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests, and Direct Charge transactions.
    • Monitoring funds execution and creating financial reports.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage complex projects without supervision.
    • Clearance: DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

    Estimated Salary:

    $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
