    • This position offers the opportunity to be part of a healthcare team that delivers high-quality patient care.

    The scope of practice for this role encompasses the use of the nursing process in areas such as assessment diagnosis outcomes planning implementation evaluation to provide individualized nursing care to patients. As a wound ostomy and continence nurse you will serve as a clinical resource consultant developing implementing patient care plans demonstrating excellent clinical interpersonal skills collaborating with inter-professional colleagues including physicians plan implement evaluate care.



    • This role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with effective communication skills.

    • Prior experience working in healthcare settings preferably in wound ostomy and continence is an asset but not required.
