    Hallmark Field Merchandiser (Part-Time)

    Job Category: Sales and Sales Operations

    This part-time role allows you to showcase your organizational skills, establish retailer relationships and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.

    • Hourly pay rate: $16.00-$18.00 depending on skills and experience
    • Eligible for annual pay increases

    Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • welcoming customers, restocking merchandise using a mobile device provided by Hallmark
    • frequent communication with supervisors, reporting time worked, providing feedback and answering surveys for required merchandising activities.Important: physical stamina is essential due to frequent standing, walking walking up stairs climbing step ladders lifting cartons materials weighing up to 30-50 pounds & kneeling or squatting as needed
