    Our client is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the agriculture, forestry, and natural resource industries and their field workers. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join their team at their home office in Sheridan, WY.

    We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our sales team. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential customers and businesses that could benefit from our products/services.
    • Conduct market research to uncover new leads and opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

    2. Sales and Customer Engagement:

    • Reach out to prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
    • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals.

    3. Relationship Building:

    • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
    • Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

    4. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
    • Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices.
