JOB SUMMARY:
We want you Betterware America LLC is seeking a tenacious Senior Accounting Analyst to join our fun, fast-paced team.

This person will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and be a part of the Finance team, which supports the organization's financial needs.

Candidates must have excellent analytical and financial accounting skills along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Ideal candidates should be proactive, dedicated, flexible, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership of the month-end financial close process.
Maintain records of all financial and accounting transactions in SAP.
Perform monthly account reconciliations for all applicable G/L accounts.

Prepare reports and analyses related to financial data and metrics, including tasks such as cash forecasting, sales statistics, and monthly net sales reports.

Assist with reviewing and processing commission payouts.
Provide support with vendor payments.
Review of travel expense reports and processing of payment.
Examine past-due accounts and initiate collection procedures as needed.
Address and rectify discrepancies in accounts or billings, such as processing refunds or chargebacks.
Address audit requirements as necessary, both internal and external audits.
Provide support with ad-hoc projects as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with international operations, manufacturing, and consumer products.
CPA and/or Big 4 experience preferred.
SAP and/or CPM planning software experience a plus.
Continually strives toward improvement.

Experience building strong relationships in an entrepreneurial environment.
