    WORKING RELATIONSHIP

    • Reports to the Maintenance Manager.
    • Communicates regularly and has a strong relationship with team members from multiple departments.
    • Meets periodically with other departmental leaders.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide weekly Management & Department Reporting.
    • Plans and schedules the ongoing maintenance and preventive maintenance for all the plant equipment as well as the building and facilities.
    • Coordinates with other departments to schedule maintenance work.
    • Provides work direction to maintenance (Training if required)
    • Writes work order procedures that include safety instructions, drawings, tools, and parts.
    • Creates and updates PMs as necessary based on OEM recommendations and equipment failure history.
    • Utilizes all facets of CMMS to plan work according to schedules, resources, and inventories.
    • Works with Purchasing to help Identify sources, secures quotes, issues purchase orders for spare parts and other materials/services required to support maintenance and production activities.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent interpersonal skills - team player
    • Hard worker who is a self-starter and proactive.
    • Knowledge of CMMS systems.
    • Knowledge of departmental budgets.
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.
    • Must be detailed oriented.
    • Knowledge of production and processing.
    • Great verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
    • Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

    EDUCATION

    • Must have a High School Diploma or a G.E.D.
