Responsibilities

  • Administer medications safely and accurately under physician or RN guidance
  • Monitor and record vital signs, keeping a close eye on patient health
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families about care plans
  • Document treatments and assessments in electronic medical records EMRs
  • Collaborate with RNs physicians and therapists to deliver coordinated care
