    Job Overview

    The Receptionist role is a key customer-facing position that requires a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

    As a Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include handling transactions, managing office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring a clean and organized work area.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handles customer transactions and maintains accurate records of received payments.
    • Provides change to customers and issues receipts as needed.
    • Assists with customer complaints and resolves issues promptly and professionally.
    • Provides heavy telephone coverage to support the service and parts departments.
    • Maintains a high level of organization and prioritization to ensure seamless office operations.

    Requirements:

    • Bilingualism is a plus, but not required.
    • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative is an asset.
    • Professional attitude and appearance are essential.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
