Salesforce Release Engineer - Richmond

Job summary
Define and implement standardized deployment schedules that deliver hotfixes, minor releases using GearSet GITHub ant eclipse and salesforce methods Define and manage change control process for development release readiness criteria ensuring all changes meet criteria prior to deployment Prepare Setup Branching in Release Management Tools as required write automation scripts for Automating Releases Accounting for dependencies risks identify issues perform root-cause analysis to ensure they are not repeated Facilitate release activities across all Salesforce development teams ensuring easy timely deployments across environments Work with Salesforce Development Team(s) to maintain allowed Test coverage in salesforce resolve Deployment errors Scheduled GoNoGo Calls on time before the deployment share details with Stake holders Monitor lower environments Sandboxes creating synchronizing sandbox metadata appropriate data sets Validate Post Release Activities Track release metrics report successesfailures to stakeholders Teams Work with Salesforce Support Team Coordinate Release Calls MCS Calls Support Activities Monitorsexecutes Batch Jobs as needed Should have strong understanding of deployments using migration tools salesforce tools IDE GITHub GearSet Eclipse Version Control Perform Support on Salesforce Administration Activities Must have Salesforce Administration Dev Platform Certification About Net2Source Inc.
