    IPL support and conducted timelines.

    ISV and IBM product Installation, upgrades and Maintenance apply – CA- ACF2, Xpeditor, TSO, IBM Debug tool, Application performance analyzer, Tivoli Asset discovery, Host on demand, Job Scan, VFTP, CA-ACF2

    Decommission of Products and Dataset Cleanup activities without affecting the current system setup

    Disaster Recovery activity.

    JES2 support and related activity.

    Hardware Migration and involved in Hardware Migration activity (z13) and Processor upgrade.

    Health-checking of z/OS

    SYSRES Cloning, Maintenance applies in Test / Development and Rollout to Development and Production systems.

    Contact vendor to get the new license keys for ISV products.

    Contact vendor to get product compatible information

    New license key renewals for ISV products.

    knowledge in JCL.

    Apply Program Temporary Fixes (PTF's) for z/OS system software and related Products.

    UNIX System Services (USS) administration in z/OS.

    Frequent Change Request: APF, LNKLST, LLA update request, SDSF request, PARMLIB customization, Symbol change, etc.

    Problem Diagnosis and Resolution for system related anomalies that cause disruption of service to the customer environment.

    Giving appropriate solutions to incident tickets that comes in the queue and close them within SLA.

    Auditing and CIRATS process.

    z/OS upgrade activity.

    Strong organizational skills to facilitate management and tracking of activities, findings, requirements and changes

    Willing to provide 24/7 on call support to resolve critical and severity issues

    Managing and maintaining hardware boxes with vendor co ordination

    Maintaing regular audits aligning to SOX

    Knowledge on hadling brocade switches and performing upgrades

    Open, track and manage tickets with vendors

    Manitaining SLA with Incidents, Changes and Service requests as agreed with customer.

    To Managing OPS/MVS ruleset and SSM Tables

    To Maintain OPS/MVS Rexx. Upgraded OPSMVS from 12.3 to 13.0 Version

    To Complete the automation request made by other service delivery teams, developers, and operators.

    Providing Netview access to the users (Access control for the domains) and grant access to the users based on request.

    Implementing changes, Service & Customer Request in development & production environment. Debug errors in JCL & REXX Codes.

    Automated Operations systems AF Operator, OPS/MVS, UNICENTER

    Responsible for IT mainframe Network systems programming and general product support including configuring interfaces to other subsystems.

    Plans, coordinates, installs, configures, tests, administers, maintains, updates, implements, tracks changes and/or provides corrective maintenance to mainframe Network-related software.

    Diagnoses, resolves, and documents mainframe Network-related problems.

    Adheres to ITIL, Change and Problem Management process.

    Effectively communicates with software suppliers, peers, clients and Leadership.

    Maintains current software and products by ensuring system availability and performance in accordance with service agreements.

    Develops leads and manages system programming projects including project management.

    Trains and communicates with Associates and Clients for new upgrades and products.

    Assists Client applications with problem determination and problem solving

    Mainframe Network System Programmer responsibilities are determined by departmental need and may include partial support of technology silos related to several areas such as:

    Operating systems z/OS, Z/VM, Z/Linux

    Network systems, CICS, MQ, Netview, Netmaster, TCP/IP, VTAM, NDM, FTP, EE, CA/Spool, LRS VPS/DRS, InfoPrint, JQP, XPTR, Connect:Direct, XCOM

    Capacity Planning/Performance processor, Networks, and storage

    Monitors and reports on system/product performance, reliability, and consistency.

    Prioritizes and balances tasks, issues and concerns with self, team and clients.

    Increases efficiency through automation and/or template utilization as appropriate.

    Review and seek out cost reductions, efficiency improvements and better methods to support applicable technology environments.
