    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Platform Admin with a strong background in Customer Loyalty and market campaign experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architecting solutions, actively contributing to the platform's optimization, and working closely with the development team to integrate features into APIs.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud administration.
    • Background in Customer Loyalty and market campaign implementation.
    • Strong hands-on experience in solution architecting.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
    • Excellent abstraction skills, understanding the rationale behind chosen solutions.
    Responsibilities:
    • Platform Understanding: Thorough comprehension of Salesforce Service Cloud platform features, distinguishing between essential and non-essential aspects.
    • Integration Expertise: Collaborate with the development team to seamlessly integrate platform features into APIs.
    • Hands-On Solution Architecting: Actively engage in solution architecting, providing practical solutions rather than merely attending meetings.
    • Abstraction of Information: Ability to abstract information, understanding not only the 'what' but also the 'why' behind the chosen approaches.
