    Job Title: Associate Distribution Engineer

    Location: Noblesville, IN

    Duration: 6 Months with Ext

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an Associate Distribution Engineer to support the design and construction of electrical overhead and underground distribution systems (4kV–138kV) under the supervision of a technical lead. This role involves both field and office work, including site inspections, engineering analysis, design development, and construction support.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial) from an ABET-accredited institution.

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Ability to travel locally using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

    Willingness to work in both field and office environments.

    Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with distribution design tools (e.g., BOUD, Pole Foreman, SOCKET, Spida-Calc).

    Experience with CAD tools, MicroStation, and/or GIS.

    Knowledge of NESC and utility design standards.
