    You are interested in community health and want to make a difference in people's lives and the community.

    We are seeking a Patient Service Representative in our Nashua office, where you will be responsible for all front desk operations including greeting patients and confirming demographic information.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet patients and confirm demographic information
    • Respond to incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibility
    • Determine financial assistance eligibility and assist with counseling

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
    • Ability to work in a high-stress environment and multitask
    • Bilingual Spanish is preferred
