- Manage a team of dietary aides, servers, and cooks to ensure quality and consistency across the dietary department.
- Schedule team members a month in advance, and have a working knowledge of team member activities and needs for scheduling.
- Assist in covering shifts when necessary.
- Attend mandatory meetings and hold routine meetings with dietary department to help maintain quality and consistency.
- Keep the kitchen clean and disinfected.
- Take inventory of products and complete weekly orders
- Other duties as assigned.
- Pass a physical exam.
- Be able to life up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout the day.
- Bend, stoop and twist almost constantly throughout the day.
- Remain active and on their feet for up to four (4) hours at a time.
