- Maintain the external appearance of the property and ensure the safety of our guests - especially during the snow season by keeping the walkways clear as well as ice free.
- Comfortable operating and maintaining landscaping equipment (lawn mowers, sweepers, tractors, etc.).
- Perform grounds keeping and outside maintenance duties including watering, weeding and trash removal.
- Landscape by planting shrubs, bushes, trees, flowers and grass.
- Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides onto weeds, grounds, grass, shrubs or trees using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
- Valid Driver's License for Washington State or able to transfer within first 30 days of employment with a reliable form of transportation.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to work on feet for 8+ hours and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Previous experience working as a landscaper at a corporate enterprise.
