Job summary
Astrana seeks a CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) to provide in-home personal care assistance with daily living meal prep medication reminders emotional support under nurse supervision.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing grooming dressing toileting skin care.
- Mobility Assistance: Helping patients move in and out of bed walk use assistive devices.
- Health Monitoring: Checking recording vital signs pulse temperature reporting changes to supervisors.
- Medication Support: Providing reminders assisting with self-administered medications directed.
