    About the Role:

    We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key driver in building and enhancing our brand, crafting compelling stories, managing internal and external messaging, and overseeing campaigns, events and trade shows. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand development, messaging, and executing successful marketing campaigns.

    What You Will Do:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand-building strategies that align with the company's vision and values.
    • Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us in the market.
    • Partner with internal teams particularly Sales to create presentations/materials etc., crafting compelling narratives and visuals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
    • Manage internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
    • Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a deep understanding of our brand among internal teams.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize product marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
    • Develop high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
    • Ensure content is consistent across various Social Media channels and resonates with our target audience.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
    • Provide guidance on marketing strategies that align with business goals.
    • Plan and execute events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and products.
    • Coordinate logistics, messaging, and collateral for successful event participation.

    Who You Are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a focus on brand building, messaging, and campaign management.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
