- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of waterblast and vacuum crews.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Operate and troubleshoot waterblast and vacuum equipment.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper procedures and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding job progress and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of job activities, equipment usage, and personnel.
- Assist in planning and scheduling jobs, including mobilization and demobilization of equipment.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial cleaning, specifically waterblasting and vacuum truck operations.
- Prior supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and safety documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and travel as needed.
