    Summer Internship, Landscape Designer - Hart Howerton

    Hart Howerton is a group of planners, architects, landscape architects and interior designers, headquartered in New York, San Francisco and MA. This position will be based in our Concord, Massachusetts Office.     Description:

    This position is currently available in our Concord, Massachusetts office. We are looking for an ambitious, talented and self-motivated individual to join the Hart Howerton team this summer. The individual will be working on landscape, architecture and planning projects, incorporating physical planning and architecture at multiple scales in the US and abroad.

    The Intern, Landscape Designer will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing creative design for clients requiring the firm's unique perspective for their challenging projects. Responsible for working on the production of designs studies, presentations and working drawings.

    Qualifications:

    This position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for use in an interactive design team environment. Knowledge of plants and ecology, as well as an ability to work at a variety of project scales. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, LandFX, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and be proficient with hand drawing and writing skills.

    Experience Required:

    3 months plus+ work experience.

    Educational Requirements:

    The successful candidate will be studying for an accredited degree in Landscape Architecture, or in a related field.
