- Manage a team of property managers and leasing agents to implement operating
- In coordination with internal team members, act as landlord representative for
- Support and coordinate the sale process for portfolio dispositions.
- Update and analyze property proformas as a function of executing the business

- Monitor the procedures with respect to revenue management and ensure that
- Monitor the response to tenant requests for services and general customer
- Annually oversee completion and accuracy of CAM reconciliations by accounting
- Established track record of business plan execution and value creation across
- Bachelors degree specializing in Business and Finance.
- 5+ years of proven asset-management and property management experience of
- Highly effective leader with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, leadership and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of leasing, accounting, development and operations of projects.
- Strong leadership and teamwork ability; provide support/direction to members of
- Strong multi-tasking, time management, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to set personal and project priorities and demonstrate strong
- Strong analytical skills, problem analysis, project budget modeling and project
- Ability to travel 2-3 nights every other week.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively delegate and
