    Anticipated to open early 2026, MAC Clayton will feature state-of-the-art facilities, refined dining, and thoughtfully designed spaces for athletics, wellness, and social connection.

    This new Clubhouse will serve as a cornerstone for members seeking excellence in hospitality, culinary innovation, and community engagement.

    We are seeking a polished, guest-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operation of our Clayton clubhouse and uphold MAC service excellence on the dining room floor.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support and assist F&B Managers with daily operations across dining outlets, bars, lounges, and events.
    • Maintain a strong, consistent presence on the floor-leading service, supporting staff, and ensuring members receive warm, attentive, and polished hospitality.
    • Serve as an extension of the management team, stepping into supervisory or managerial duties as needed based on business levels.
    • Assist in directing Servers, Bartenders, and Support Staff during service to ensure smooth operations and proper sequencing.
    • Conduct pre-shift huddles, daily communication, and floor coaching to uphold MAC Clayton service standards.
    • Ensure dining spaces, bars, and service stations meet cleanliness, readiness, and mise-en-place expectations.
    • Support onboarding and training of new FOH staff through shadowing, standards reinforcement, and hands-on guidance.
    • Work collaboratively with the Culinary and Bar teams to ensure accurate pacing, seamless communication, and elevated guest experiences.
    • Assist with light administrative tasks such as reporting, reservation communication, and post-shift notes when requested by management.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or private-club supervisory experience preferred; strong candidates with elevated service backgrounds will also be considered.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead by example in guest interaction, service standards, and teamwork.
    • Exceptional communication skills with a steady, professional presence on the floor.
    • Strong understanding of elevated service sequencing, fine-dining etiquette, and bar/dining room operations.
    • Ability to coach others, provide clear direction, and support staff development.
    • Organized, reliable, and capable of adapting to the changing pace and needs of a high-end private club environment.
    • A hands-on leadership style and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
