**Job Duties**
+ Arrive on time to each stop on your route.
+ Follow instructions on our Ridwell fleet app directing you to pick up specific items at each stop.
+ Communicate any discrepancies on pick up with Ridwell driver support.
+ Understand time management and communicate when a route is taking longer than anticipated.
+ Provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers.
+ Load and unload items into and out of the company-owned vans.
+ Use text message and email to communicate with Ridwell driver support and the Ridwell driver manager.
+ Deliver Ridwell bins and bags to new members houses.
+ On-Board new Ridwell members by explaining the service and answers common questions.
+ Ensure compliance regarding all company policies and procedures.
+ Other duties assigned as necessary by management.
**Job Requirements**
+ Must be able to read and follow written or oral instructions.
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
+ Must own and be able to use a smartphone and google or apple maps.
+ Ability to be on your feet or on a van route all day.
+ Ability to communicate effectively digitally over text message and email.
+ Must be 21 years or older with a valid drivers license and be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, and lift up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
+ High school, GED, or equivalent diploma.
+ Must be available to work Monday-Friday and possible weekend shifts.
+ Must pass a background and motor vehicle history check if offered the position.
+ No previous experience required.
