Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Russell Chevrolet. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to understand their vehicle concerns, providing repair estimates, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to gather information about their vehicle concerns
• Provide accurate and transparent repair estimates
• Coordinate repairs and ensure timely completion
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate with technicians and other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in automotive service or a related field
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
