- Develop and execute strategic communication plans and initiatives for Insight's C-suite leaders, including speeches, presentations, and other content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute internal communication campaigns and initiatives that align with Insight's overall business objectives and ambition to be the leading Solutions Integrator.
- Write and edit various forms of communication, including emails, newsletters, intranet content and other internal and external communications.
- Support the development of messaging and positioning for Insight's key initiatives and programs.
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, team members and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform communication strategies.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear and effective.
- Work closely with the executive administrative professionals to manage speaking engagements for some of Insight's C-suite leaders.
- Exemplify Insight's core values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony in all aspects of the role, including leading by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork, and demonstrating a strong commitment to the company's mission and values.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with C-suite executives and developing communication strategies for internal or external audiences.
- Knowledge of communication best practices and experience creating content for internal and external audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools and platforms.
