- 5-10 years or more of corporate financial management experience in a public company – open to industry but should be relatable – tech, software, biotech, semiconductor, etc.
- Experience should include business decision analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, annual budgeting and/or strategic planning
- Must have strong communication skills as this position supports various business leaders across the company
- Must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Oracle, Hyperion Planning and Smart View a plus, not required. Power BI, Power Pivot, etc. a plus.
- Does not need to come from a $billion dollar company but should come from a large or mid sized organization.
- Must have excellent communication, executive level presence and be promotable

- Craft and present financial reports that tell a compelling story, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with variance analyses.

- Keep a watchful eye on budget vs. actual performance, providing strategic recommendations for adjustments.

- 5+ years of applicable experience in Finance, Accounting or other related fields
- A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the tech industry
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills, complemented by your proficiency in financial modeling.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Demonstrate your knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
