- Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment management of health problems health counseling disposition planning for our patients.
- Perform duties including speaking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices completing diagnostic tests help diagnose treat patients injuries illnesses coordinating other healthcare professionals maintain comprehensive plan care.
